New York State Office of General Services (OGS)

The New York State Office of General Services is the central procurement agency for New York State government, responsible for establishing statewide contracts that both state agencies and eligible municipal and educational institutions can use. OGS manages one of the largest state procurement programs in the country, reflecting New York's size as the nation's fourth most populous state and a major government buyer across virtually every goods and services category. What is OGS?
